Intersections of our lives
Ahead of the 2026 midterm elections, Intersections of Our Lives emerged as both a cultural intervention and a policy roadmap at a time when reproductive rights, immigrant justice, and democratic participation face coordinated attacks. Led by In Our Own Voice: National Black Women’s Reproductive Justice Agenda, National Latina Institute for Reproductive Justice, and National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum, the collaboration brings together national leaders in reproductive justice to advance a shared policy vision.
Launched on International Women’s Day, the art series highlights how systems of healthcare access, economic stability, and democratic participation shape everyday life for Black and brown women. By bridging policy, art, and advocacy, Intersections of Our Lives invites the public to see reproductive justice not as a single issue, but as a framework for dignity, safety, and collective power.
